Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of a Hermes warehouse, ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfilment.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track inventory, and manage stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Implement process improvements to optimise warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in German; basic English skills are advantageous.
