Key Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that packages are handled and delivered in accordance with Hermes’ standards.
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and handle any issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all deliveries are completed as scheduled.
• Assist with loading and unloading of parcels, ensuring the vehicle is clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s licence (Class B or equivalent).
• Previous experience in delivery driving or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in German; basic English skills are helpful.
