Description
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- A background in technical support, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with Apple products, software, and services is a plus.
- Fluent in German; English proficiency is desirable.
