Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hands-on technical support to customers, assisting with device setup, troubleshooting, and product repairs.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and accessories, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Offer advice on Apple product care, software updates, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Apple’s products, services, and software.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the technical area.
Qualifications
  • A background in technical support, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Familiarity with Apple products, software, and services is a plus.
  • Fluent in German; English proficiency is desirable.
