Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to TÜV SÜD’s clients across a variety of industries.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to certification processes, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technical regulations, and TÜV SÜD’s offerings.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, certificates, and other documents for clients.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical insights and guidance during client meetings.
Qualifications
  • A technical degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE, etc.).
  • Fluency in German and English.
