Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to TÜV SÜD’s clients across a variety of industries.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to certification processes, regulatory compliance, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, technical regulations, and TÜV SÜD’s offerings.
- Prepare and review technical reports, certificates, and other documents for clients.
- Support the sales team by providing technical insights and guidance during client meetings.
Qualifications
- A technical degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer service within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO, CE, etc.).
- Fluency in German and English.
