Key Responsibilities

• Act as an expert in Apple’s product portfolio, providing customers with tailored advice on how Apple products and services can meet their personal or business needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, creating a seamless and personalised experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations of Apple products, highlighting features and benefits in an engaging way.
• Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and ensure the store delivers the best possible customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, software updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for Apple products and customer service.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
