Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale supply chain and logistics programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
• Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align supply chain initiatives with broader business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, implementing solutions to drive performance and reduce costs.
• Manage cross-functional teams and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Amazon’s operational standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with supply chain software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
