Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative supply chain strategies to optimise DHL’s logistics network and drive cost savings.
• Analyse and forecast market trends, customer demands, and logistics bottlenecks to design and execute effective supply chain solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies, improving efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and seize supply chain improvement opportunities.
• Report to senior leadership on supply chain performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or logistics, with a focus on strategic planning and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain technologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
