Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise the supply chain operations for Rewe’s retail and e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely delivery and availability of products.
• Develop strategies to streamline logistics, reduce costs, and improve efficiency across all stages of the supply chain.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Implement advanced forecasting and inventory management techniques to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
• Analyse supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain management software.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
