• Ensure data security and compliance with global and local regulations.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 8–10 years of experience in leading digital transformation projects within industrial or energy sectors.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their application in industrial processes.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are advantageous.
