Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and innovation efforts for Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH, focusing on long-term growth and technological advancements in public transport.
• Develop and implement new business models and operational strategies to improve service offerings and sustainability.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and technological innovations to inform strategy and future planning.
• Manage the planning and execution of pilot projects involving new transportation technologies (e.g., autonomous vehicles, smart transportation systems).
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, including governmental and private sector entities, to advance sustainable transport solutions.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or innovation management in the transport or technology sectors.
• Proven experience in leading innovation projects, especially in public transport or mobility solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
