Key Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at client locations, ensuring all staff are performing their duties according to Securitas standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop security staff schedules and manage on-site resources.
• Report security incidents and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Security Management or a related field is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations or related roles.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of security equipment and emergency protocols.
• Fluency in German; English skills are advantageous.
