Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage security operations across multiple regions, ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, providing customised security solutions.
• Lead a team of security managers, officers, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures for clients in diverse industries.
• Monitor the performance of security contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in security management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of security operations, risk management, and client relationship management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams across multiple locations.
• Fluency in German and English.
