Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product queries and providing guidance on the best sporting goods and equipment for their needs.
• Assist with restocking shelves, organising products, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Help with product demonstrations and promotions, actively contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Participate in store events and campaigns aimed at enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in German and/or English.
