Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting products, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Help with in-store promotions and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement.
• Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Basic proficiency in German and/or English.
