Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Maintain store presentation, ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Support store management in achieving sales goals and operational efficiency.
• Keep the store clean and organised, following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
• Fluent in German; English is an advantage.
