Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple IKEA stores in a designated region to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
- Lead and inspire a team of sales managers to optimise store performance, focusing on customer experience, sales excellence, and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localised promotional strategies that align with regional trends and customer preferences.
- Manage budget allocation and resources, ensuring the highest ROI for sales initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IKEA’s operational standards and customer service principles.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance through coaching, training, and employee development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
