Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple IKEA stores in a designated region to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Lead and inspire a team of sales managers to optimise store performance, focusing on customer experience, sales excellence, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create localised promotional strategies that align with regional trends and customer preferences.
  • Manage budget allocation and resources, ensuring the highest ROI for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with IKEA’s operational standards and customer service principles.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and high performance through coaching, training, and employee development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
