Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales performance of multiple L'OCCITANE stores across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market needs.
- Develop and execute regional strategies to enhance sales growth, optimize the customer experience, and maximise operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring stores consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and development of sales teams to create a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, visual merchandising, and product teams to implement regional campaigns, new product launches, and promotional activities.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring product availability while minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Represent the brand at industry events and with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and increase market visibility.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury or cosmetics sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building long-lasting relationships.
