Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of risk management and compliance strategies for Securitas operations across Germany.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and international security regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop policies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Maintain and audit internal control systems to ensure all security activities are carried out effectively and legally.
• Provide leadership and training to staff to ensure adherence to risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Risk Management, Law, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in risk management or compliance roles, with a strong understanding of the security sector.
• Experience in leading risk assessments, audits, and compliance programs.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both German and English.
