Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding the right sports and outdoor products for their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and advice.
• Restock shelves and maintain an organised and clean store environment.
• Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is appealing to customers.
• Process transactions and handle cash and payments accurately.
• Participate in store promotions and provide information on sales offers to customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Passion for sports and outdoor activities.
• Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of German.
