Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with product selections and answering inquiries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with in-store promotions and merchandising activities.
• Help with stock management, including restocking shelves and organising back-end storage.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
