Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple Zara stores within the assigned region.
• Lead and mentor store managers to achieve sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs to develop strategies that optimise store performance.
• Ensure stores adhere to Zara’s brand image, merchandising standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, HR, and logistics, to align regional goals with company objectives.
• Manage budgets and cost controls for the region while driving profitability.
• Resolve escalated customer or operational issues.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-store management role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
