Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Subway store, ensuring excellent customer service and product quality.
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff to maintain a motivated and efficient team.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Subway’s operational standards and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or Business Management is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in food service or retail.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Basic financial management knowledge.
• Fluency in German; English proficiency is advantageous.
