Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operations of multiple Sephora stores, ensuring they meet sales, customer experience, and operational targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand presence and drive foot traffic in the stores.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of retail staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Analyse store performance data to optimise inventory management, sales, and promotions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in store operations and merchandising.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align in-store experiences with brand campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to drive performance and manage cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in German and English.
