Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all retail operations in Germany, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.

• Manage the performance of Ikea’s stores across the region, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and local market demands.
• Identify growth opportunities, optimise inventory management, and streamline supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail management or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale retail operations and driving business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
