Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Apple Store, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
• Drive the store’s sales performance by developing and executing strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring that every team member embodies Apple’s brand values and delivers excellent service.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability.
• Manage store budgets and financial performance, ensuring costs are controlled and store targets are met.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, ensuring alignment with Apple’s vision of innovation and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail management, preferably with a focus on luxury or tech products.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in team management, sales performance, and customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
