Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple Sephora stores within the region, ensuring alignment with brand standards and company goals.
• Drive sales growth, optimise in-store customer experience, and implement strategies to maximise operational efficiency.
• Lead and inspire a team of regional managers and store managers to ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.
• Analyse store performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and ensure that all stores meet financial and customer service targets.
• Manage the rollout of new product launches and regional promotions, ensuring store teams are well-prepared.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to align retail operations with marketing and product strategies.
• Handle budgeting and resource allocation, ensuring the efficient use of resources to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record in multi-store management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both German and English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
