Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines to clients, helping them discover the right products for their needs.
• Ensure the store is always stocked and merchandised according to Sephora's standards.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
• Participate in in-store promotions and events to engage customers and increase sales.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Beauty, Fashion, or a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or beauty industry, with a passion for cosmetics.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and sales skills.
• A genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
