Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and hydroelectric initiatives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in renewable energy markets, contributing to EnBW’s growth and sustainability goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including governments, regulatory bodies, and environmental organizations.
• Track and analyse market trends and technological innovations in the renewable energy sector, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• A degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the energy industry, specifically in renewable energy project management.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience in overseeing complex, large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with energy regulations, financial modelling, and environmental policies.
• Fluency in German and English.
