Key Responsibilities

  • Advise multinational clients on international tax planning and compliance strategies.
  • Manage cross-border tax structuring projects to optimise clients’ global tax positions.
  • Stay abreast of international tax laws and their implications on global businesses.
  • Lead and mentor junior tax advisors, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Represent KPMG in global tax forums and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s degree in Taxation, Law, or Accounting; a professional certification (e.g., Steuerberater) is preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in international taxation within a Big 4 or similar firm.
  • Strong understanding of OECD guidelines, transfer pricing, and cross-border tax regulations.
  • Excellent project management and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in English; German is a strong advantage.
