Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to company recipes.
• Ensure all products are prepared and baked to the highest quality standards.
• Help manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Work with the team to meet production targets and customer demands.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a bakery or food production role is advantageous.
• Knowledge of bakery production processes is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Fluency in German; basic English is a plus.
