Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
• Work closely with the design, production, and marketing teams to bring new products to market successfully.
• Track and manage product performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage product availability and distribution.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or Product Management.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in retail or consumer goods.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform product decisions.
• Fluent in German and English.
