Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple Domino's Pizza stores in a specific region to ensure high performance and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor store managers to drive operational excellence, ensuring stores meet sales targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Implement and monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, without compromising on quality or customer service.
• Develop and execute localised marketing and promotional strategies to boost sales and brand awareness in the region.
• Analyse regional performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose actionable solutions to senior leadership.
• Maintain inventory control, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on results and employee development.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and improving operational processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
