Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all retail operations across multiple regions in Germany, ensuring alignment with H&M’s global business strategies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise store performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead the expansion of the H&M brand, driving growth in existing and new markets.
• Manage a large team of regional managers, ensuring effective leadership and high levels of employee engagement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute corporate initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
• Implement best practices in retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in retail operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
