Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the Starbucks brand presence across Germany.
  • Lead campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales in stores and online platforms.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to refine marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of promotional activities.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including digital, print, and in-store materials.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets and brand partners.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or F&B sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Creative thinking with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Fluent in German and English.
