Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Subway’s marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in Germany.
  • Oversee national advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional events.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with menu offerings.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the food service or FMCG industries.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer analytics, and brand strategy.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and German.
