Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Subway’s marketing strategies to enhance brand presence in Germany.
- Oversee national advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, and promotional events.
- Analyse customer insights and market trends to create targeted marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with menu offerings.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on campaigns.
Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in the food service or FMCG industries.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer analytics, and brand strategy.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Fluency in English and German.
