Key Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to ensure excellent customer service.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain Starbucks’ high standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality, with some supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in German; basic English is advantageous.
