Key Responsibilities

• Manage the fleet of vehicles within a specified region, ensuring high levels of fleet utilisation and availability.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and inspection of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient fleet operations and timely vehicle availability.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers for vehicle procurement, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics, including costs, usage, and downtime, and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or operations.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with fleet management software and tools is advantageous.
• Fluent in German; English is a plus.
