Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the international expansion strategy for Hermes in Europe and beyond.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for growth while managing market entry and risk.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment of expansion efforts and resources.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and regulators.
• Manage budgets and ensure profitability and scalability of international operations.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in International Business, Strategy, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in international business development or expansion roles.
• Proven expertise in market analysis, entry strategies, and international partnerships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and German, other languages are a plus.
