Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a Burger King restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
- Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring a customer-focused environment.
- Handle inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring operational costs are controlled.
- Address customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Fluent in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
