Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a Burger King restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring a customer-focused environment.
  • Handle inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring operational costs are controlled.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Fluent in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
