Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers in line with Starbucks’ standards.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Handle cash registers and manage transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in German; basic English is helpful.
