Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the entire bakery operations, ensuring the production and delivery of high-quality baked goods.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline production processes across all locations.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and inventory management.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of bakery managers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Analyse market trends and customer preferences to guide product offerings and new recipe development.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in bakery operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control.
  • Fluency in German and English.
