Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire bakery operations, ensuring the production and delivery of high-quality baked goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline production processes across all locations.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and inventory management.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial targets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of bakery managers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Analyse market trends and customer preferences to guide product offerings and new recipe development.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in bakery operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and quality control.
- Fluency in German and English.
