Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple Decathlon stores within a designated region, ensuring operational efficiency, sales growth, and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to meet financial targets, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Lead and inspire store managers and teams to achieve individual and collective sales goals, focusing on developing high-performing staff.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to plan regional campaigns and promotions that align with Decathlon’s core brand and customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, operational standards, and company policies.
  • Manage inventory, reduce waste, and optimise stock management to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to work in a multilingual environment.
