Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank’s financial strategy, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities to ensure the bank’s financial health.
• Lead the finance department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior financial management roles, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven track record of financial strategy execution.
• In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, financial systems, and market trends.
• Fluency in German and English.
