Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with Breuninger’s long-term business objectives and customer-focused approach.
• Oversee all revenue-generating departments, including marketing, sales, and customer service, driving growth and profitability.
• Manage relationships with key business partners, brands, and suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality product portfolio.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance Breuninger’s position in the retail market and ensure the company stays ahead of industry developments.
• Ensure that Breuninger’s commercial strategies align with the company’s values of sustainability and social responsibility.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial management roles, ideally within fashion, luxury, or retail.
• Proven track record in leading commercial teams and driving business growth.
• Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
