Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise operational performance across all Subway outlets in Germany.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Manage franchisee relations, ensuring compliance with Subway’s operational standards and guidelines.
• Identify growth opportunities, including market expansion and new franchise development.
• Lead a team of regional managers and provide guidance on daily operations and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in senior operations roles, preferably in the food service or retail sector.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale operations with a focus on efficiency and growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
