Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s overall operations, ensuring efficient and profitable business performance across all locations.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance service quality, customer experience, and brand recognition.
• Oversee supply chain management, quality control, and operational budget to ensure optimal performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to implement long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior operational leadership, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in driving operational performance, including cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and service excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strong focus on team development.
• Fluency in English and German.
