Key Responsibilities

• Optimise the online store’s product offerings, ensuring an appealing and user-friendly shopping experience for customers.
• Manage product assortments, promotions, and pricing to maximise sales and profitability.
• Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for product improvements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure product visibility and alignment with campaigns.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability and avoid overstock situations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or retail.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with sales data.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online retail trends.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.
