Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Digital Transformation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation or innovation roles, with a strong focus on the insurance or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, data analytics, and cloud computing.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale digital projects and transform business models.
• Fluency in English and German.
