Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads or sales. You will manage online marketing campaigns, collaborate with creative teams, and analyze data to improve overall marketing effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketer with a strong background in digital marketing channels and a passion for optimizing online experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- SEO/SEM: Oversee SEO efforts to ensure high rankings for relevant search terms and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Content Marketing: Lead the content strategy, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and website content, ensuring consistent messaging and value-driven content.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports to management.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, email creation, and performance analysis.
- Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and content that align with the campaign’s objectives.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and optimizing user funnels.
Soft Skills:
- Creative thinking with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
