Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Sainsbury's digital marketing strategy, focusing on increasing online engagement and driving sales across digital platforms.
  • Oversee digital campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO), social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, and product) to create compelling digital content and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using analytics tools to optimise results and improve ROI.
  • Manage online presence across Sainsbury's websites, apps, and social media channels, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and competitor activities to ensure Sainsbury's remains competitive in the digital landscape.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and retail.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
